I ended up doing some research on why my computer could be slowing down. Other then the obvious upgrades needed my computer did run rather smoothly until you just get those occasional bumps that just slow it down a whole lot.
I ended up stopping a whole bunch of services, and a main one was wmpnetwk.exe. That ate a lot out of my CPU. It would be running at 100%, not its running at 2% to 12% (It jumps around). So rather then doing my assignments ONCE AGAIN. I am now cleaning the computer. I'm uninstalling all games which include Black Ops and COD4 and Oblivion. Software I hardly use and never knew that was even installed on my computer. And I did a disk clean up as well which got rid of 3gb. See I usually do this on a regular basis so it doesn't harm my HDD. But leaving it for some time ended up doing some damage to it =(. Really need to get this new Caviar Blue HDD from WD and have some grand total of 1.3 TB on the computer plus my 1.5 TB external <3 2.7TB of space. Love it. but yes, my computer seems to be running a tad more smoothly now, except for the Adobe programs. I still need the extra ram ad HDD for it to run smoothly. the GPU can wait as I don't really do much 3D based work on Photoshop and disable the effects like panning and what not, cause its a tad annoying -.-
Anyway back to cleaning this computer then creating a Back up, I need to stabilize this thing!
Told you I'm smart ^_^ . I did build this computer after all ^_^
