I am James Freeman.

Today was a very interesting day, I didn't have a full day at Uni so instead of going straight home I attended an RMIT Vis Com class with my friend McHeart. I go to VU (Victoria University). So we met up for lunch and I asked if the classes he attends takes a role, he wasn't sure form what I remember but even if they did it could be easily avoided. 

After we had our lunch we walked towards his building. I was nervous because me as a VU student going to an RMIT studio lesson, so not a lecture. It would have probably caused some complications. 

I enter the room and end up sitting towards the back of the class with McHeart. We entered as if we didn't know each other, just that whole "do you know where this class is..." blah blah thing. So we're waiting for about 10 minutes or so for the other students to rock up and the teacher starts calling out names to see if they're here. I start to worry a bit thinking "oh shit what the fuck am I going to do" I just ignore the name calling and just pretend I'm busy doing something on my phone (I was actually updating my facebook status letting people know what I was up to =P). The class continues and there were times when he walked around that I thought he busted me or something. A VU student shouldn't be in a RMIT class. He called out the role a few more times after more late students came in but at that time I wasn't as worried cause I'd just do that whole ignoring thing and pretend I didn't hear him. I last the whole class with minor giggles cause I haven't been caught yet. It gets to about one hour left before class is finished then McHeart tells me that he's counting the people in the room and checking it with the names. This is where I started to worry. I was thinking 'Shit! He's going to send me to some office and give me some fine or some shit" I don't know I was tripping out. He started walking in my direction saying there was someones name I didn't call out. So I just stood up and walked close to him and pretending like I was all cool and said "lets see if my name is on this" We go through the list and my name isn't on it (obviously) so he asks what my name is. Straight out I thought of Half Life (the game) and the main character Gordon Freeman but instead of using Gorden I use James which was a friend of mine back in HIgh school and he's actual name was James Freeman. This is how it went.

Teacher: Okay, whats your name?
Me: James Freeman

Teacher: Hmm okay, your names not on the list, have you been successfully enrolled?

Me: Yea I have, otherwise I wouldn't have known what class I was in.

McHeart: Are you sure you're in this class? Not in Class D? This is class B.

Me: Yea I'm sure.

Teacher: Okay, whats your student number?

Me: Hrmm I don't have one, I missed out on orientation day so I didn't get to go through the process of getting my student number or my actual ID card.

Teacher: Have you spoken to Suzi? The Coordinator of this course?

Me: Hrm yea I think so.
Teacher: Okay, after class I'll get in contact with her and sort out what the situation is. There's no problem because we have enough room for extra students.
Me: Oh okay, well look, I'll give her a visit see what the problem is because I've payed my fees and what not so I should be on the list.
Teacher: Are you sure? I can check it for you.

Me: Yea it's fine, I'll handle it. I'll see whats wrong and I'll e-mail her or something.

Teacher: Okay, no worries.
Me: Okay, so i'll let you know what happens.

Then I walk off and sit back on my seat :)

When I did that, I honestly felt like the biggest pro. The teacher actually fell for it. 

I started laughing, and McHeart's like don't make it obvious. While I was up there he was trying so hard not to laugh.

After about 10 minutes we started talking to this cute Asian girl. She was real funky. Had short hair and had AMAZING eyes. They were so big and pretty. She asked how we go in to second year and what not and said that we asked if we can apply for it during the interview if not then first year would be suffice, and we got into second year. As in McHeart....

The class ends and we exit the room and McHeart says " I can't believe you actually went through it"

Me: I'm just pro

and we just start laughing!

Was the most epicest thing I've done this year so far =D. I have more confidence in bullshiting now =D ahaha!
